At Boney's Trading Cards, we strive to provide fast, reliable shipping for all your Pokémon trading card purchases. Below, you’ll find the details of our shipping policy to help you understand our shipping processes, timelines, and customer responsibilities.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and the carrier's performance.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days (domestic orders).

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days (domestic orders).

  • International Shipping: Unavailable at this time

 

Note: Shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather delays or issues with the shipping carrier.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer flat-rate shipping options and may occasionally run promotions for free shipping on certain orders.

 

4. Shipping Information and Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details, so you can follow your package’s progress.

  • Delivery Status: You can track your package using the provided tracking number directly on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

 

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

 

6. Stolen Goods

Once your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for stolen or lost packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. To protect yourself, we recommend tracking your package and ensuring someone is available to receive it at the time of delivery. If your package is stolen, please contact your local carrier and file a claim with them.

 

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failure to pick up from the carrier, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense. If the customer opts not to reship, a refund will be issued minus any return shipping fees.

 

9. Order Modifications

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.

10. Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may request photos of the damaged products and packaging to process any claims with the carrier or our supplier.
