At Boney's Trading Cards, we aim to provide excellent service and high-quality products. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure that our cancellation and refund process is as clear as possible. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations as long as the item has not yet shipped. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Exceptions for Specialty Items: Certain specialty items, including limited edition or pre-order items, are non-cancellable. These items will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase, and once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel: To cancel your order within the allowed window, please contact us immediately via email at gabriel@boneystradingcards.com Include your order number and request to cancel the order.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be issued for canceled orders that are within the acceptable window, or for orders that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is confirmed or a valid return request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that a 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover transaction fees charged by our payment processor.

Refund Timing: Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Returns
We do not accept returns for any products purchased from our store. All sales are final except in the case of damage or incorrect items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Timeframe: You must notify us of any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to process any claims for damaged or incorrect items.

How to Report: Please email us at gabriel@boneystradingcards.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable). We will review the case and provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a partial/full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled:

Specialty, limited edition, or pre-order items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Opened or used trading cards
